I have known Brittany for over 15 years and I was finally ready to sell my home and purchase a new home. I called Brittany on a Thursday and we made plans to sit down the next day to go over what we wanted in the new house and plans for selling the current house. In this crazy market we were able to find a house that day and go under contract that evening for asking price which was unheard of at the time. Thankfully we were able to find a new place quickly so we could prep and sell the current house at the best price right before the market softened.
